Formal requirements related to awards

In force

(1)

An award must—

(a)

be in writing; and

(b)

set out the reasons on which it is based; and

(c)

specify the period for which it remains in force.

(2)

The arbitrator must, within 7 days after an award is made, give a copy of the award to—

(a)

the

Commission; and

(b)

the parties to the award.
