Regulations 2022.
These regulations come into operation on 31 October
2022.
In these regulations—
Act means the Maritime Services (Access)
Act 2000.
Pursuant to section 5(1)(g) of the Act, the Port of Ardrossan is declared to be a port capable of being brought within the application of the
Act.
Pursuant to section 43(7) of the Act, Part 3 of the Act continues in operation for a further period of 5 years (commencing 31 October
2022).
