Approved treatment centres

(1)

The

Chief Psychiatrist may, by notice in the Gazette, determine that a specified place will be an approved treatment centre for the purposes of this Act.

(2)

The

Chief Psychiatrist may—

(a)

attach conditions or limitations to a determination under this section; and

(b)

by subsequent notice in the Gazette, vary or revoke a determination under this section or a condition or limitation of a determination under this section.
