6 Plans
Plans and sections of underground and surface workings of mines, including—
(a)
the keeping of such plans and sections by the owner or agent;
(b)
the furnishing from time to time of copies of such plans and sections to the Minister, and the terms on which such copies will be accepted as satisfactory;
(c)
the manner in which surveys of the underground or surface workings for the purposes of such plans and sections shall be effected, and the scale to which such plans and sections shall be drawn.
