56K Special term or condition relating to extractive minerals
The terms or conditions of a mineral tenement may—
(a)
make provision for the management and use of extractive minerals produced during the course of carrying out authorised operations under the tenement; and
(b)
provide for the exemption of those extractive minerals from the payment of royalty.
