Restriction of claims

In force

(1)

Without limiting any other provision of this Act, the Warden's

Court may order that no further claim may be established under this Act by a person named in a direction under this Part until the requirements of the direction have been satisfied.

(2)

If an order is made under subsection (1), the person named in the order is not entitled to establish a claim under this Act until the requirements of the direction have been satisfied or the order has been revoked.
