15 Amendment of section 3—Interpretation
Section 3(1), definition of Interstate Water Entitlements Transfer Scheme or IWETS, (a)—delete paragraph (a) and substitute:

a scheme for the transfer of entitlements between 2 or more States under the Murray‑Darling Basin Agreement; or
