Amendment of section 87—Promotion of River Murray legislation and IGA

Section 87(b)—delete paragraph (b) and substitute:

(b)

be consistent with—

(i)

the terms or requirements of the Murray‑Darling Basin Agreement, and any relevant resolution of the Ministerial Council under that agreement; and

(ii)

any relevant provisions of the Basin Plan under the Water Act 2007 of the Commonwealth,
