Status of Minister

In force

Without limiting any other provision—

(a)

the Minister may act on behalf of the State as a Contracting Government under the Agreement; and

(b)

the Minister is appointed as a Constructing Authority under the Agreement for the purpose of constructing any works or executing any measures authorised by, or associated with, the Agreement.
