15 Registrar to be informed in relation to native title questions
The
Court must ensure that the Registrar is informed of—
(a)
applications, and amendments of applications, involving native title questions;
and
(b)
proceedings in the Court involving native title questions; and
(c)
decisions of the Court on native title questions.
