Content of orders for compensation to Aboriginal group

In force

If the Court makes an order for the payment of compensation to an

Aboriginal group, the order must set out—

(a)

the name of the persons entitled to the compensation or how they are to be identified; and

(b)

if the compensation is to be divided between the members of the group—

(i)

how it is to be divided; and

(ii)

how any dispute between members of the group about their respective entitlements to the compensation is to be determined.
