10 Application of Aboriginal Heritage Act 1988
The Aboriginal Heritage
Act 1988 applies in relation to any Aboriginal sites, objects or remains (within the meaning of that Act) found on or under any land in the course of the carrying out of the project on the project site or the support zones.
