1 Transitional provision
(1)
Subject to this clause, the Minister may, by notice given to the holder of an existing Northern Parklands lease or licence, terminate the lease or licence.
(2)
The termination of an existing Northern Parklands lease or licence cannot take effect until at least 6 months after the day on which the notice of termination is given under subclause (1).
(3)
In this clause—
existing
Northern Parklands lease or licence means a lease or licence in effect on the commencement of section 4 over land that is, on that commencement, established as Northern
Parklands.
