20 Costs of councils
The
Northern Parklands Trust is liable to pay to each of the constituent councils for the Northern Parklands region an amount determined in accordance with any requirements of the Minister on account of the costs of the council in complying with the requirements of this
Part.
Note—
The
Minister may—
determine a method or methods by which a council's costs are to be determined, including by the use of estimates or specified amounts in specified circumstances; and
limit any calculation of costs to amounts specified as fair costs; and
take into account any financial benefit to a council in receiving payment of a Northern Parklands levy before it pays its share of the amount to be contributed to the Northern Parklands Trust under this Part.
A payment under subsection (1) must be paid in accordance with any requirements of the Minister.
