Ombudsman Act 1972

The Ombudsman must, before 30 September in each year, prepare a report on the work of the Ombudsman's office during the preceding financial year.

The Ombudsman may, at any time, prepare a report setting out—

recommendations, formulated in the course of the performance of the

findings or recommendations resulting from completed investigations by the Ombudsman; or

other matters arising in the course of the performance of the
