1 Precious stones fields; reserved land
(1)
A precious stones field under the Mining Act immediately before the commencement of this clause will be taken to have been declared as a precious stones field under this Act.
(2)
Land reserved from the operation of the Mining Act immediately before the commencement of this clause will be taken to have been reserved from the operation of this Act.
