18 Annual report
The Authority must, on or before 30 September in each year, present a report to the Minister on the Authority's operations during the previous financial year.
A report under this section must include, in relation to the financial year to which the report relates—
a summary of the activities undertaken by the Authority;
and
an assessment of those activities against its business plan for that financial year; and
an audited statement of the income and expenditure of the
Authority, together with details of the items of income and expenditure;
and
any direction given to the Authority by the Minister.
The Minister must, within 12 sitting days after receipt of a report under this section, cause copies of the report to be laid before each
House of Parliament.
