34 Annual report
(1)
The
Committee shall, on or before the thirtieth day of September in each year, present to the President of the Legislative Council and the
Speaker of the House of Assembly a report on the administration of the joint parliamentary service during the previous financial year.
(2)
The
President and the Speaker shall cause copies of the report to be laid before their respective Houses as soon as practicable after it is received.
