20 Term of office of members
(2)
The members of each Committee must be appointed as soon as practicable after the commencement of the first session of each new
Parliament.
(3)
Subject to this Act, a member of a Committee holds office until the first sitting day of the member's appointing House following the next general election of members of the House of Assembly.
