32 Co-ordination of Committees
(1)
The Presiding Officers of both Houses are responsible for—
(a)
avoiding duplication by one Committee of the work of another
Committee;
(b)
arranging for each Committee adequate staff and facilities for the performance of its functions;
(c)
ensuring the efficient functioning of the Committees generally.
(2)
The Presiding Officers of both Houses must, in discharging their responsibilities under subsection (1), consult with the Presiding Members of the Committees.
