28 Duties of partners to render accounts etc
(1)
Partners in a firm other than an incorporated limited partnership are bound to render true accounts and full information of all things affecting the partnership to any partner or to any partner's legal representatives.
(2)
An incorporated limited partnership is, subject to the partnership agreement, bound to render true accounts and full information in respect of all things affecting the partnership to any partner or the partner's legal representatives.
