63 Contribution towards discharge of liabilities
(1)
A contribution made by a limited partner towards the discharge of liabilities of a limited partnership is to be in the form of money only.
(2)
If the whole or any part of such a contribution is received back by the limited partner, the liability of the limited partner is restored accordingly.
