25 Committees
(1)
The Minister may establish such committees as the Minister thinks fit to assist the Minister in the performance or exercise of his or her functions or powers under this Act.
(2)
The procedures to be observed in relation to the conduct of the business of a committee will be—
(a)
as determined by the Minister; or
(b)
insofar as a procedure is not determined under paragraph (a)—as determined by the relevant committee.
