67 Application for renewal of pipeline licence
A pipeline licensee may, from time to time, make an application to the Minister for the renewal of the pipeline licence.
An application for the renewal of the pipeline licence—
shall be in accordance with an approved form; and
subject to subsection (3), shall be made in an approved manner not less than six months before the day on which the pipeline licence ceases to be in force; and
shall be accompanied by the prescribed fee.
The Minister may, for reasons that he thinks sufficient, receive an application for the renewal of the pipeline licence less than six months before, but not in any case after, the day on which the pipeline licence ceases to be in force.
