76 Memorials to be entered of permits etc determined etc
Where—
(a)
a permit or lease ceases to be in force in respect of a block in respect of which a licence is granted; or
(aa)
a permit ceases to be in force in respect of a block in respect of which a lease is granted; or
(b)
a permit or lease has been wholly determined or partly determined; or
(c)
a title or special prospecting authority has expired, the Minister shall enter in the register a memorial of the fact.
