Power of Board to inspect assessments

Current

For the purposes of this Part, the Board may, without payment—

(a)

make searches in the Lands Titles Registration Office;

and

(b)

inspect and take extracts from the records relating to rates, charges or taxes under the Local Government

Act 1934, the Irrigation

Act 1994 or the Land Tax

Act 1936 kept by the council or authority responsible for collecting the rates, charges or taxes.
