After each meeting of the Board, the Board must provide a report on its activities undertaken since its previous meeting to—

every regional committee; and

the Wine Grape Council of South Australia; and

the South Australian Wine Industry Association Incorporated;

any other organisation or body prescribed by regulation.

A report under subsection (4) may include the minutes of the most recent Board meeting.
