Interpretation

In force

In this Schedule—

designated day means a day appointed by proclamation as the designated day for the purposes of the provision in which the term is used;

Development

Plan means a Development Plan under the repealed Act;

DPA means a Development Plan Amendment under section 25 of the repealed

Act;

earlier

Act means—

(a)

the

Planning

Act 1982;

and

(b)

the

City of Adelaide Development Control Act 1976;

and

(c)

the

Building

Act 1971;

and

(d)

the

Planning and Development Act 1966;

and

(e)

the

Town

Planning Act 1929.
