The

Commission will determine the level of detail required in relation to an EIS after taking into account—

(a)

a practice direction published by the Commission in connection with this Subdivision; and

(b)

any views expressed by a person or body prescribed by the regulations for the purposes of this paragraph; and

(c)

any views expressed by the proponent after consultation in accordance with the regulations.
