143 Cancellation of development authorisation
(1)
A relevant authority may, on the application of a person who has the benefit of the authorisation, cancel a development authorisation previously given by the relevant authority.
(2)
A cancellation under this section is subject to such conditions (if any) as the relevant authority thinks fit to impose.
