Schedule 2Subsidiaries of joint planning boards
15 Delegations
(1)
A subsidiary may delegate a function or power conferred on or vested in the subsidiary—
(a)
to a particular person or body; or
(b)
to a person for the time being occupying a particular office or position.
(2)
A delegation—
(a)
may be made subject to conditions or limitations specified in the instrument of delegation; and
(b)
if the instrument of delegation so provides, may be further delegated by the delegate; and
(c)
is revocable at will and does not derogate from the power of the subsidiary to act in any matter.
