165 Scheme coordinator
The
Chief Executive must, on a referral under section 163,
163A or 164—
appoint a suitably qualified person to act as the scheme coordinator; or
constitute a committee to be appointed as the scheme coordinator; or
appoint a precinct authority or CGO to act as the scheme coordinator.
In a case where subsection (1)(a) applies, the Chief Executive may replace the person appointed under that subsection from time to time as the Chief Executive thinks fit.
In a case where subsection (1)(b) applies, the Chief Executive may—
constitute the committee as the Chief Executive thinks fit; and
appoint or remove persons to or from the committee from time to time as the
Chief Executive thinks fit; and
determine any matter relevant to the operation and procedures of the committee.
An appointment by the Chief Executive under this section will be on conditions determined by the Chief Executive.
