29 Amendment of section 7I—Precinct plans
Section
7I(2)—delete "the provisions of the Planning Strategy" and substitute:
any relevant provisions of a state planning policy under the Planning,
Development and Infrastructure Act 2016
Section
7I(2)(f)—delete paragraph (f) and substitute:
make provision in relation to any matter which the Planning and Design
Code under the Planning,
Development and Infrastructure Act 2016 may provide for, including specifying classes of development within the area that will be taken to be deemed‑to‑satisfy development for the purposes of that Act; and

7I(2)(g)—delete "section 50 of the Development
Act 1993" and substitute:

7I(4)—delete "the provisions of the Planning Strategy" and substitute:
any relevant provisions of a state planning policy under the Planning,

The precinct authority must, in preparing a precinct plan, have regard to any relevant provisions of the Planning and Design Code.

74 of the Planning,
Development and Infrastructure Act 2016 applies to the adoption or amendment of a precinct master plan as if references in that section to an approval or amendment of a designated instrument under Part 5 of that Act were references to the adoption or amendment of a precinct master plan under this section.
