3 Definitions
(1)
The definition of development authorisation in section 3(1) of this Act will be taken to include a development authorisation under the repealed Act or an approval or authorisation under an earlier Act (and a reference in this Act to a development authorisation under this Act will be taken to include a reference to an approval or authorisation under the repealed Act or an earlier
Act).
(2)
The definition of Planning
Rules in section 3(1) of this Act will be taken to include a reference to the provisions of a Development Plan that may still be in force at the relevant time.
