The functions of the Commission under the following provisions of this

section 16;

sections 42 to 47

Part 13;

any other provision specified by a proclamation made for the purposes of this subclause.

In connection with subclause (3)—

a provision to which that subclause applies will commence on the day on which the Commission is established under subclause (1) or (2); and

the

in the case of a provision specified in a proclamation under subclause (3)(d), the provision will, if the proclamation so provides, apply as if it formed part of the repealed Act; and

without limiting any other provision of this Schedule, the regulations may make provision of a saving or transitional nature on account of the commencement of any provision to which subclause (3) applies.

The commencement and operation of Part 13

For the purposes of section 245, this Act will be taken to have commenced on the date on which the
