Part 4Staged commencement of development assessment under Act
9 Interpretation
In this Part—
PDI Act means the Planning, Development and Infrastructure
Act 2016;
relevant day means the relevant day, as applying under regulation 10(1)(a) in relation to a particular area of the State.
