35 Review by Minister

(1)

A person may apply to the Minister for review of a decision of the

Minister—

(a)

refusing an application for the grant of accreditation under

Division

2; or

(b)

refusing an application for the grant of registration under

Division

3; or

(c)

imposing or varying conditions of any such accreditation or registration; or

(d)

suspending or cancelling any such accreditation or registration.

(2)

An application for review of a decision of the Minister must be made within 28 days after the day on which the person is given written notice of the decision.

(3)

The Minister may determine an application for review as the

Minister thinks fit.

(4)

A review must be determined within 28 days of the application being lodged with the Minister.

(5)

If a review is not determined within that period, the Minister is to be taken to have confirmed the decision.
