Quarantine stations

(1)

The Minister may, by notice in the Gazette, declare a place to be a quarantine station in which a plant or plant related product may, subject to this Act, be held, examined, disinfected, treated, destroyed or otherwise disposed of.

(2)

The Minister may, by notice in the Gazette, vary or revoke a notice under this section.
