8 Directions to Commissioner to be Gazetted and laid before Parliament
The Minister must cause a copy of any direction given to the
Commissioner to be—
(a)
published in the Gazette within eight days of the date of the direction; and
(b)
laid before each House of Parliament within six sitting days of the date of the direction if Parliament is then in session, or, if not, within six sitting days after the commencement of the next session of
Parliament.
