1 Amendment of section 4—Interpretation
(1)
Section
4(1)—after the definition of building work insert:
CEO means the chief executive officer of the Board engaged or appointed under section 13;
(2)
Section
4(1)—before the definition of the relevant date insert:
public sector agency means—
(a)
an administrative unit under the Public
Sector Act 2009 (including the Chief Executive of such an administrative unit); or
(b)
an agency or instrumentality of the Crown;
