A person who is dissatisfied with a decision of an industry board under this Act may, within 30 days after the day on which the decision was made (or within such longer period as SAET may allow), apply to SAET under Part 3 Division 1 of the South
Australian Employment Tribunal Act 2014 for a review of the decision.
