4 Seafood food safety scheme
(1)
These regulations establish a food safety scheme (the
seafood food safety scheme) for the activities of licensees constituted of the production of primary produce involving fish intended for sale or supply for human consumption.
(2)
The Minister is the accreditation body for the seafood food safety scheme.
