Part 2Conditions of use of private walkways and private access roads

6 Offences

(1)

A pedestrian who uses a private walkway or private access road in breach of a condition imposed under this Part is guilty of an offence. Maximum penalty: Maximum penalty: $200.

(2)

If a vehicle—

(a)

is parked or driven in breach of a condition imposed under this

Part; or

(b)

is parked or driven on a private pedestrian walkway, the owner of that vehicle is guilty of an offence and if the owner is not the driver of the vehicle the owner and the driver are each guilty of an offence. Maximum penalty: Maximum penalty: $1 250.
