Risk management strategies

In force

(1)

If an occupational association seeks the approval of the Council under section 8 to a scheme, it must furnish the Council with—

(a)

a detailed list of the risk management strategies intended to be implemented in respect of its members; and

(b)

detailed information about the means by which those strategies are intended to be implemented.

(2)

The means of implementation may be imposed as a condition of membership or otherwise.

(3)

The strategies are to apply in addition to other statutory requirements and must not be inconsistent with them.
