58 Review of Act
(1)
The Minister must cause a review of this Act to be undertaken to determine whether the policy objectives of this Act remain valid and whether the terms of this Act remain appropriate for securing those objectives.
(2)
The review is to be undertaken as soon as possible after the period of 5 years from the commencement of the Act.
(3)
The Minister must cause a report of the outcome of the review to be tabled in both Houses of Parliament within 12 months after the end of the period of 5 years.
