Exclusion of operation of Commonwealth industrial relations legislation in specified cases

Current

(1)

The following entities are declared not to be national system employers for the purposes of the Fair

Work Act 2009 of the Commonwealth:

(a)

the

Adelaide

Convention Centre Corporation;

(b)

the

Adelaide

Entertainments Corporation;

(c)

the

Urban

Renewal Authority.

(2)

The

Governor may, by proclamation, fix a day on which a paragraph under subsection (1) will expire.
