22 Annual report
(1)
The subsidiary must, within 3 months after the end of each financial year, deliver to the Treasurer a report on the financial operations of the subsidiary during that financial year.
(2)
The Treasurer must cause a copy of the report to be laid before both Houses of Parliament within 12 sitting days after receipt of the report.
