Deposits

In force

(1)

The Treasurer may accept money on deposit from any person on such terms and conditions as the Treasurer thinks fit.

(2)

Money deposited under subsection (1) must be recorded in a separate account established and maintained by the Treasurer, or by a person to whom the power to establish and maintain accounts has been delegated by the Treasurer, for that purpose.
