Audit fees

In force

(1)

If the Auditor‑General audits the accounts of a public authority, publicly funded body or other person the authority, body or person may be required to pay a fee to the

Auditor‑General.

(2)

The Auditor‑General will, with the approval of the

Treasurer, fix the amount of the fee.

(3)

The fee may be recovered by action in a court of competent jurisdiction.
