Application of Part 7 (section 41 of Act)

In force

Pursuant to section 41 of the Act—

(a)

Part 7 of the Act, or provisions of that Part, apply to public sector employment outside the Public Service; and

(b)

the application of Part 7 of the Act, and of provisions of that

Part, to public sector employment outside the Public Service is modified, as set out in Schedule 1.
